The person who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me twice when I asked to speak to a manager. This was my first time calling this restaurant, so I found the experience to be quite bizarre. The staff member was disrespectful and could benefit from learning some manners. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1.

Great meal in attractive restaurant. My friends had fillet steak, expensive, but they said possibly the best steak ever! I had goulash and that was awesome too. Also great service, with friendly advice on the dishes. Wouldn't hesitate to go back! Réservez une table maintenant

The Copper Kitchen is a little gem in Bicester. Nice varied menu. We had beautifully cooked filet steak and risotto served by friendly keen staff. Well done!

"Visited for lunch today after a tour of Hook Norton Brewery food was excellent and lovely friendly service. We were celebrating a friends 60th and they kindly decorated a plate with chocolate Happy Birthday and put a candle in his dessert. Would highly recommend!"
