Coquillade - Réserver une table

We knew the hotel and the gourmet restaurant because we stayed there ten days a few years ago; now the chef has changed; we must say that we NEVER, not even in 3 star michelin restaurants, had a service as welcoming, friendly and inviting as this time. A sommelier that really knows his profession, an original way of serving (numerous kinds of) bread, butter and olive oil; nothing, but REALLY NOTHING can be faulted; a truly just simply wonderful experience; that together wit a beautiful and tasteful menu (they only have menus, not à la carte, but I am sure that if you came several days after each other they will find a solution) made this evening for us the most exquisite of the past years; no stiff attitude, but truely warm: in perfect English if necessary. At the end the director informs about your experience: it must be a wonderful job he has, hearing every evening again how his personnel created heaven for the clients; we are going back in december and january, already booked 8 dinners and they all will be top, I know it already!! Thank you so much for this exceptional dinnerexperience.

We dined here twice while staying at this lovely hotel. The dining room is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately deserted in summer. However, dining on the terrace, which affords beautiful views, is no hardship! The dinner was a multi-course tasting menu using local ingredients of the highest quality prepared with skill and artistry. Every bite was extraordinary and each dish was beautiful to behold. Every course was extraordinary, as was the service. We could not understand how this restaurant could not be packed during the peak summer months, but perhaps the guests at the hotel prefer the more casual atmosphere, but decidedly less refined cuisine of the restaurant overlooking the vineyard. I would recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or any time you are in Provence and want an outstanding meal, service and atmosphere.

We had an outstanding meal at this amazing restaurant in the Luberon region of France. My husband and I both chose the 4 course tasting menu, and every course was unique and delicious. The restaurant itself is elegant and located within Coquillade Provence, a luxurious resort set in the French countryside. The staff was courteous, and attentive to all our needs. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special treat!
