We live on the other side of town and usually don't come to this one but we were visiting my in-law's over here. The person taking our order was awesome. She was nice and the order was perfect. Some of the staff were rather rude though. Two employees were chatting and when my husband asked for one of them to wipe off our table really quick he looked like the employee looked like he was so annoyed. Any time someone came to pick up our plates they didn't even ask or say anything but looked put out for having to do it. I'm not one to complain much unless it's really affecting me, but the service is where we lose a star at this location.
Usually I come here and I get very good service from the staff.. today, the cashier/ order taker Dwight L. , called us up to take our order and instead of taking our order decided to keep talking with another employee who was there. Maybe after 20 secs he acknowledged we were there and then asked what we wanted .. kept talking with his buddy while we were trying to order so I kept having to repeat myself...if you don't feel like taking orders talk to your manager to switch you to a better spot for your talk time. At least the food was good, as always.
If you have never been in El Paso like me, but you know Panera Bread, so it is like it, but better! It is a local chain, but I wish they have locations across the country. It is a small city, but I was surprised about their management and professionalism of their team. They care about their customers for sure. They highly experienced to treat their customers. Good luck, hope to see you in another cities.
Excellent! Had blueberry pancakes w/bacon eggs. Wow! Pancake perfection. Blueberry sauce with fresh blueberries slightly tart they way they should be. Bacon, flat not greasy. You order. Sit down and get super quick service. Would come every morning if I were not just passing thru.
