It was ok at best. I ordered the Brisket Sandwhich a la Gringa and instead got a platter of brisket. The brisket was mostly fat and not very tasty.The person with me ordered ribs, they were tough and stuck to the bone. No real flavor unless you drown the meat in the BBQ sauce.Salad only had a slice of tomato and cucumber, I wasn't impressed.Overall not a bad experience, but could have been a lot better.

The food is excellent and the portions are enormous! This is the first place my family wants to go out of town when they visit us in Texas. Definitely a must if you are a fan of BBQ and ribs. They still have specials on Wednesday nights, but you'll want to go any time the craving hits.

Love Rib Hut, an El.Paso institution for as long as I can remember.Outstanding everything beef, pork, chicken, turkey. The sides are generous and delicious.Overall, as they always say at Rib Hut, you can't beat their meat

I have the sampler record with Sidewinder Curly Fries. Massive ribs big I couldn't quite finish it. The beef ribs were particularly good. Shout out to my server Angel, cool buddies, excellent service.
