Pancho 's is located on a quiet stretch of Fletcher Parkway in Fletcher Hills. I like driving there from my house about ten minutes away. I had passed the restaurant for many years, but never stopped in. From the exterior, Pancho 's appeared more of a taco shop , which it is not. There is a small parking lot on the side of the restaurant. There is only one handicapped spot. The other places are very tight and narrow. Otherwise, you will need to look for a place on the street, which may be difficult. I like the various stained glass windows, especially in the side room. My husband, our little one, and I absolutely adore Pancho's! We love to visit after the family hour at Fletcher Hills library to take advantage of their lunch specials. This is, hands down, the best sit-down Mexican restaurant we've ever been to! The rice and beans are incredibly tasty, and the entrees are packed with flavor! My husband is a fan of the shrimp burrito, while I can’t get enough of their enchiladas. I once tried their non-alcoholic piña colada, and it was so refreshing on a hot day! I ordered the panchos especial, and while the meat was decent for a budget option, the taco was quite disappointing. The shell was so light that it completely fell apart, and to make matters worse, they added chicken skin to it! I didn't expect a taco could be messed up like that. The enchilada was also lacking in sauce and ended up being very dry. I would recommend going to Los Panchos Taco Shop instead. I don’t think I’ll be returning here. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that the staff member was really nice.
The food and margaritas are absolutely delicious! We particularly enjoy the beef tacos and the chicken or shrimp enchiladas. The crispy chicken quesadilla is also fantastic. Lourdes and her team are always friendly and attentive. It's best to visit on a weeknight when you can get seated right away; weekends may involve a short wait. We've dined here countless times and have never been disappointed. Service: Dine-in.
If i could give 10 stars, I would!! This place is under rated. The food is authentic and delicious. The service was impeccable. Really cute little bar and Mexican deco is beautiful.
