Corner Bistro - Réserver une table

Stopped by on an early Saturday afternoon for lunch. I was with my kid after checking out the Sesame Street Musical a street over and their generous portions filled us up. The service was quick and the pizza was good. The counter for Corner Slice was fine, but the general atmosphere of the Market was a bit depressing (since it looked like a few vendors had shut down) or perhaps it was a slow time of day? Either way, you can’t go wrong with a nice slice from these guys!

Coming from Europe, this pizza tastes like frozen ones from Tesco or Lidl for 1;99 eur. Also the portion is really small for the price... We had White and Special ones.... we wanted to try some good pizza in NYC, but this pizza was really hard to follow... even the cheapest pizza places in my town makes 100x better pizza.. sorry, but call it dry oily bread, not pizza slice :

Nice ambiance, good selection of pizza.To be fair, it’s more like a focaccia square slice, fluffy and well cooked.Main issue is that the basic cheese option has not enough tomato sauce nor cheese. For $5 a slice there are way better options out there.If you get the corner like it happened to me it’s even worst.

I really wanted to like this place but it was just not hitting. We ordered a slice of pepperoni and a slice of the buffalo. The pepperonis themselves were flavorful and spicy but the dough was quite thick and the sauce too sweet and I did not care for the buffalo slice at all unfortunately.

Best thick crust slice you will have if you like crispy pizza that tastes like a great bread base. Flaky and airy despite being thick. Not doughy, and sauce is amazing. Best slice is the margherita pizza, followed by pepperoni then Buffalo chic then vodka.

NYC PIZZA IS SUPERIOR. The crunch on this thing is amazing. Every bite is just sauce, cheese, toppings perfection. Recommendations: Vodka sauce, pepperoni, and the Special. Lemonade is also really good here

Discovered this delicious, out of the way pizza counter through TimeOut, and have returned multiple times. Love their basic square slice. Never a problem finding a seat in the food hall.

Such a great guilty pleasure for lunch. The staff is pleasant and the food is great. What more can you ask for?

Cool square slices. Almost like the slice was on focaccia. Wish pepperoni came with more pepperoni though.

Pizza and salad were absolutely delicious! Price was very reasonable. Loved it!
