Huge Thai - Réservation de table

I have ordered from Huge Thai many times the food is good. However, tonight I placed an order online and did not leave a tip on the card because I had some cash and wanted to tip my delivery person directly, as I always try to do when I have cash on hand. The restaurant called me moments after placing my order and demanded to charge a tip on my card. When I expressed I preferred to tip my delivery person in cash directly, the restaurant hung up on me, and then canceled my order.When I called back, they told me their policy is to only accept tips by card, and apparently they won 't deliver your food if you don 't tip before even receiving it. Male at front desk was not friendly at all, I ordered fried rice. He didn’t say much about the order, I tried it and It was very spicy.Two other ladies came in and ordered after me and the gentleman stated to them that the order may be spicy and was that okay with them. I would have liked the same courtesy, but his bias prevented him from doing that. I couldn’t even finish the food $17 for spicy salty rice with poor customer service. Will not be eating here again. Not worth it.

Customer service was great, young guy behind the counter was so nice. Got the Kao Nar Moo Dang Moo Krob (pork 3 ways over rice) which was suuuuper delish, the chicken curry puffs, grrrrrreat! and the green curry with chicken which was 'good '. Nice price point. Ordered the Kao Ka Prow Gai . It was good, full of flavor and not greasy. However, the meat to rice ratio was really off. To think its minced chicken and the serving was really small. The container is almost all rice. Réservez une table maintenant

Found a big piece of metal in my food that could have easily seriously damage my throat and stomach. Will not be ordering again from this place.

I like the crispy pork basil here the most. I ordered the spicy authentic Thai style. When eaten with iced Thai tea, it's a really good match.
