I've been visiting this place for my weekly lunch for the past year, but over the last two weeks, they've messed up my orders. In the first photo from August 2nd, they forgot to include my avocado, even though I pay extra for it, and my burrito was filled with more rice than usual. The second photo, which is from today, shows that they forgot the avocado again. I also requested extra salsa, but there was hardly any or none at all—just rice and beans. The light poblano, however, was good. They know me well since I always order the same vegetarian dish. I just wish they would take their time when preparing my order. Tonight, I reached out to discuss an issue with an order I placed. Unfortunately, it was incorrect, and I didn’t receive what I paid for. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman I spoke to, but he hung up on me quite abruptly when I called to address the mistake. It seems he even blocked my number from reaching the restaurant. While I typically don’t leave negative reviews about any establishment based on my experience, I feel that employees should understand that this isn’t how to conduct business. I truly appreciate the food my family enjoys, and it’s usually very delicious. Wishing everyone a better night and God's blessings.
Having grown up in the Bay Area, I can confidently say that this burrito comes the closest to the Mission-style ones renowned in San Francisco. The warm, pliable tortillas, filled with fresh jack cheese, paired with vibrant pico de gallo and perfectly seasoned meat, create an exceptional level of authenticity. Besides the amazing food, the ambiance is relaxed and lively.
The food is good, but my order was incomplete this time. I requested extra avocado and sour cream for my grilled chicken burrito, but they forgot to include it, even though I was charged for it. Additionally, the sauce they used was different from what I received during my last order; it was a thick BBQ sauce instead. I'll pay closer attention to my future orders.

The tacos are generously sized and packed with filling. The carne asada had a nice spicy kick to it, while the chicken had a similar flavor profile. It was a bit unusual that the Cotija cheese was only served on the tacos. The bean burrito was just average, with the cheese being somewhat hidden. Also, the avocado was too stringy for my liking.
I have been ordering from this restaurant for a few weeks, and I must say, the food is consistently excellent and very satisfying. However, I would suggest that the staff keep more modular ingredients, such as rice, warmer during delivery, as they tend to cool down and can affect the overall experience of any dish.
The best Mission-style burrito I've ever had! It’s made with top-notch ingredients and has a true San Francisco vibe. The Al Pastor is incredibly authentic, and I also loved the fresh Poblano pepper—it was my second favorite.
This place is fantastic! I can never get enough of how delicious, fresh, and authentic everything is. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

The shrimp burrito was amazing. Cool vibes in there with old video game, good music and even cool photos in the bathroom.
