Corner Butcher Shop

We tried for the first time today. It had pretty good reviews, but I was honestly not sure what to expect. We had the tri-tip sandwich, a hot dog and a ribbed plate. We tried beans, Mac n cheese, Coleslaw, Cornbread and a few desserts. We were blown away. So bbq should taste. My husband is the ribs without even adding the Bbq sauce because they didn't even need it. The Macn cheese was also really good. It was creamy, without tasting. The trip tip was perfect and the hot dog was huge. We were all satisfied with our We were all satisfied with our dinner. We're going back!

Love this butcher shop. Buy fresh turkey for Thanksgiving for a few years. Just began to buy more meat, and were not disappointed. You make a great meat loaf that you can cook at home, as well as a fajita blend that is just fantastic. I also want to add the left sausage without the casings to dishes. Staff and owners are super helpful and friendly.

After the food The Corner Butcher shop at lunch I bought Tri-Tip and Mac and cheese for the Christmas evening family. The Tri-Tip was excellent and the Mac and the cheese was very good. I recommend this business and will be visited again.

The staff is intelligent, friendly and accommodating. You have everything you can imagine and more. Australian and Japanese Wagyu, Ente and venison. I will recommend this facility to anyone who needs a good butcher.

Great brisket! ..and the barbecue sauce that comes with it is perfection. Tater salad was top notch too. This is some gourmet barbecue, I kid you not.
