Customer service was not friendly at all. When making my order the cashier was multi tasking and didn't put my order in as I asked. When I took the food back I was called a liar on putting in my order and was told that they weren't going to refund my money. SMHRH, that upset me that I was called a liar and I know how I like my food and how I ordered it. But, she was busy moving around ect but she honestly didn't put my order in correctly and to be called a liar was unacceptable. HORRIBLE! Got my food and was NOT what I asked for. Asked for a refund and was told no because she will lose her business... That's INSANE. I will NEVER return and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It's trash. The workers are trash. You will not succeed treating people like that not knowing their situation or who they know. Was waiting for 5 mins then decided to look at the clock it has now been an hour since I looked at the clock other than them telling us where to sit they have blatantly walked past our table and not acknowledge us they haven't even given us a menu food is not worth it I have eaten here once before never again
My husband and I decided to get lunch there as we've eaten there in the past the fish and shrimp plates were well portioned hot like I like my food and delicious I also got a piece of their german chocolate cake that's so yummy and I'll surely be bringing my family (8) back there to eat Réservez une table maintenant
Very disappointed. Wanted to stop and have breakfast here before work. Was pulling a trailer upon looking for a place to park an employee was extremely rude and told me I couldn't park my trailer anywhere near the restaurant. Needless to say I left and took my business elsewhere.
