Visited briefly with friends in August 2019. I was impressed by the modern decor and the good cleanliness much better than the Bloomfields store! I was served professionally by Emily and ordered a mocha. It didn't taste out of the ordinary but was okay nonetheless. However, a bug bear of mine keeps annoying me marshmallows!! Why is it that businesses charge 50p for three marshmallows!?!? Come on, customers aren't stupid it's a rip off! Buy mini marshmallows instead and give a good portion like Haptik or The Red Berry do! Coffee was £4.15 in total quite expensive in comparison to local cafes. However the coffee was fine, the service was friendly and the place was clean and modern. Can't reall...
Visited earlier today, the girl at the till was friendly, a little unsure of things but I think she was new, the other girl who was making the coffees was unbelievably rude, to both the girl at the till and customers! I have never experienced anything like it. When I got my coffee it was luke warm (so I returned it), working in a coffee shop myself I know that when a customer returns a coffee YOU MAKE IT AGAIN!!!!! which did not happen (she just stuck it under the wand) , she did not once apolpgize, infact she made the coffee so warm that just after one sip it left my mouth burnt and with blisters. Disgusting customer service.
I was in costa today for the first time in a while (21/10/18). The staff are normally extremely chatty and friendly. However, today the ambience was ruined by the very abrupt team leader (brunette) who was shouting orders at the other members of staff. I feel as if her behaviour was extremely out of order considering the lovely, calm atmosphere that the store normally has. I hope the store manager deals with this individual and younger members of staff are treated more appropriately in future.
Went to Costa Ards shopping centre on sat with my wife and her three sisters for coffee and snack my wife only drinks warm water due to a medical complaint but was told for health and safety reasons she could not have hot water and after discussion it was a flat no so we all left buying nothing this is the first time we have been refused hot water and we have travelled all over Ireland this year and will not be back here

Out Christmas Shopping and needed a ten minute sit down to look over the Christmas list, and have a cuppa. We nipped into Costa Coffee and enjoyed a tea, clementine cake (although a bit more frosting would have been welcomed! , and a Black Forest Hot chocolate. Would definitely go back.
Was at Costa today for lunch with my mum and daughter. I had a gorgeous toasted sandwich, my mum had a traybake and my daughter one of the cold sandwiches. The food was excellent and we all really enjoyed it. The service is friendly and prompt and the cleanliness is excellent.
If you fancy a tea or coffee after your shopping trip then look no further than Costa Coffee. You can get a good value drink and some nice food. Yes it might be a bit busy, but the additional seating makes up for that. I've never had any bad experiences here personally.
This place has so many treats on offer its hard to chose , they are all delicious. Hubby loves the coffee and I love the iced drinks . It's clean , service always with a smile and an excellent place to deposit a shopping shy hubby with a paper and a wee treat.

Costa is what Costa always is, a nice place for a coffee and a catch up. The one in Ards Shopping Centre has been renovated recently and it looks great. It can be a little crowded in the shop itself, but there are plenty of seats out the back.
Handy spot for coffee and a scone or a meal. A bit open to the crowds of shoppers but I suppose that is the idea. Not sure that I like Costa.
