Costa Coffee - Réserver une table

Wasn’t a very pleasant visit when the ladies behind the counter are clearly in a miserable mood, letting it rub off on the customers… telling each other how they’d ‘had enough’ making it apparent for everyone to hear, which I appreciate we all have our days but to make the customers feel uncomfortable isn’t the way to go about it. (Blonde lady with glasses and tall lady with brown hair) can’t say I’d want to return if that’s the way they treat the customers.

I like going to Costa Coffee. You know what you are getting. Unfortunately the Costa Coffee in Swanley Kent is the worst one I have been to. The service is slow staff seem to change all the time. The cafe itself is in need of a very deep clean. The windows, blinds and floor are filthy. The coffee was delicious as always. Would I go back there? No only to take away.

large selection of products available, including some tasty seasonal. always friendly and friendly staff and very helpful. they also fill baby's milk bottles free, which is ingenious. eating is always fresh and never overdue, and if we spill a drink, it will be replaced for us. they would recommend

nice business great staff, but service can so slowwww. they need to choose a better system. he waited 20 minutes on the other day. beautiful coffee-tho

had coffee staff friendly, they delivered something to call hot water to warm babys bottle again.
