Costa - Réservation de table

Only been here once before years ago so went yesterday to meet friends. Very busy to the point staff couldn’t cope, long queues and no one to clear tables, was dirty. Wrong drinks being given out, lots of small children (afters school) running around, one unbelievably riding his scooter inside! Went to the loo, absolutely disgusting wouldn’t let the dog use it. All in all a bad experience and won’t be going again. Also has been refurbished with cheap furniture and feels like a bus station waiting room.

Worst Costa I have ever been in. Staff very rude. I went there for a meet up. I thought I would go to the toilet first, but was very rudely stoped by a member of staff. She said you are not a customer! I said I am, so where is your receipt, in a very unpleasant manner; she said. I was so shocked with her confrontation I walked away told the rest of my group that we will go else where. I live local. Very disappointed indeed.

Re the new refurbishment. Lost all sense of Costa-ness, completely lost the Italian vibe. Cheap, uncomfortable plastic seating. More like a works canteen. New owners/managers quaffing free coffee in the corner, counting the pennies customers are spending ,not on. Normally a regular, not any more. pity, staff there a great.

I myself always use this coffee branch and have been for the last 4 years, the staff here are amazing and always make me feel comfortable, there amazing and always go that extra mile. A big shoutout to Shannon and Fabiola you guys are honestly amazing Réservez une table maintenant

Lovely and friendly service as always from Shannon and Fabs. I spend a lot of time here! I meet friends and sometimes just sit here after work to unwind before I go home. Many people seem to do the same.

Came for a coffee after work, refurbishment looks great. Staff are friendly the atmosphere is much more inviting than before. Pricing is on the expensive side but that’s costa for you.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the new place has been refurbished to a really warm and bright coffee plawlce to chill!

Lovely HOT mocha and lovely clean tables. then service was quick and attentive. Well done will defo return again.
