Costa Coffee Banbury Castle Quay

A cafe chain that is no different to many others- very much similar to Starbucks but feels more laid back. This is a place to come and kill some time, read a newspaper and have a cup of tea/coffee. One thing to note is: The staff are not efficient to clean tables upstairs. So navigating these tables to find one that is clean enough to sit at is a challenge. After the last visit was such a disappointment... I did not expect much ... yet again ... unfriendly staff who clearly didn’t wanna be there ... coffee was cold... toilets smelly ... tables not cleared ... not a nice place ... no atmosphere

Good meeting place for a business catchup upstairs area is quieter and there is a good WiFi service, selection of table sizes and formal or lounge seating so something to suit everyone! Usual Costa choices I love the ham and cheese toastie!

Long wait to be served, dirty tables, lack of space to sit and many customers having to clear a table before they sit down Staff were nice and working non stop

Always go in here for a coffee when in banbury as love costa as always great service and good price for what u are getting
