I ordered a classic pork burrito through the app. The burrito I received was a chicken burrito. It was completely tasteless(pun intended). I would not recommend ordering from the app since they don't read the whole order they mostly just make the order depending on how they want to. If you go in it will cause them more headaches but then you can Karen on them when they mess up.
I used to love eating here, but recently the taste has gone down hill, which makes me so sad. The highschoolers that work there can be kind of arrogant and rude which is also off putting. Honestly if I was craving mexican food and only had the choice between costa vida and durangos I would 100% choose durangos(especially since its twice as good and half the price!
First time got our order wrong, then gave us an attitude when we asked for a receipt. Quite literally 2 pieces of chicken in the chicken salad we ordered, and clearly skimped on pico, lettuce, rice and basically anything they could. Have fun being the new cafe rio costa vida. Hire some competent workers.
Service is TERRIBLE here. So slow and the staff at the counter just couldn’t care less about you. They skimp out on portion sizes and are so disrespectful to customers. I’ve been here three or four times over the last year and every experience has been negative. Go to the one on Red Cliffs Dr instead. Réservez une table maintenant
I know we have high inflation now but don't cheat you customers. I ordered a salad tonight to be delivered with extra chicken and it literally had 6 pieces of chicken. If you have to, raise your food prices a bit.

My husband and I came to eat. The place very dirty. There was napkins on the floor. The floor was dirty, the trash cans had lots of trash.

"The halibut was fresh, in-season and the light batter was to die for! The restaurant had spectacular views, airy and flooded with sunlight. My sister had the bison burgers and thought they were very tasty...not dry for being so lean."
