I made an appointment to come here to change the tire. The staff said that it would be ready in about an hour and a half, and then I went to costco to shop. It has been 2 hours since I came out, and no staff called me. So I went to inquire and they said there was no key to unlock the wheels. Then I was very angry and asked him why he didn't call me. He argued that he did, but the truth was not. I'm really very angry. This is the first time I changed tires at Costco. I didn't expect to encounter such a thing. I like Costco its has just about everything except i think is the most important thing for any business if any business wants there customers to return well it must show some type of life in the customer service arena,bad news for Costco. No such thing at Costco everything thing else they have but not one sign of life when it comes to customer service you feel like your all alone trying to get some helpi guess I shouldn't e expect too much sad I think not just Costco all over
I waited 30 minutes and got 2 raw, inedible pizzas. As I was waiting in line, I saw the worker hacking at the pizza with their pizza cutter because it was stuck to the pan and they ended up ruining its shape. Upon closer inspection, it was dripping ingrease and you could taste and feel the raw, unbaked flour. I'm extremely disappointed in Costco's food court because I paidgood money and even waited a lengthy amount of time.

You can never go wrong at a Costco Food Court. The staff are quick and friendly, and the meals are too good of a bargain. I usually always get a hot dog or slice of pizza if I want a quick meal. For a large pizza to take home, they have a phone you can call and pick up after 20 min. You can also do some Costco shopping and pay at the counter for your pizza so that all you need to do is show the receipt for pizza pickup.
So convenient having my optometrist inside of Costco. I got my exam and walk 10 ft to order my contacts at Costco prices. Giselle was really helpful and prompt. As for the store it’s like any Costco, busy. I did notice they have a self-checkout now. My only critique is for the shoppers themselves. The cart return is like a 15 second walk so why not use them?!?! I guess you can say that about any store in general.
The food is great, but the wait is unacceptable. I sat here for nearly an hour before I finally got my pizza. The lines on weekends are long, and you also have to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to cook your pizza. I recommend opting for takeout instead.

Their food is great, if only they actually worked until 6 like it says on their posted hours sheet! Maybe they should change it to 10:00-5:30ish or whenever
They never take phone orders. I bought a pizza and waited for an hour today! The Pizza is burnt ?Terrible customer experience.
