So I ordered for the first time last night after a nightmare of a day. There were a few problems that came up. The manager on duty, (sorry can't remember her name) handled things in a fantastic way. It is nice in these days and times that you feel like you were heard and management made things right. She even sent a bonus apple pie desert. Which by the way get that-you will thank me. So big shout out to a manager that really stepped up to the plate.
We ordered for the first time last week. Excellent pizza and wings that enjoyed the whole family. My teenagers can be picky eaters, but they absolutely loved Cottage Inn Pizza. Despite the bad weather, everything was delivered quickly and still hot. Bye-bye Pizza hat Papa John 's! This will be our pizza place right away.
WOW! We had the Transylvania Twist last night, and it was incredible! It has the best crust I've ever tasted! Our order arrived 20 minutes earlier than anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. I also love that the owners support Niles schools by donating a portion of the profits directly to New Tech.
Okay, so I would have given it five stars but the pizza is over priced (almost ten dollars for a personal pan) and it tasted soo good, but as soon as I picked it up to eat it, all the toppings fell off and there was barely any cheese on it. Walked in with coupon. It came out relatively faster than I thought. She never gave me a time. And did not offer the specialty crusts flavors. But pizza was delish!! And got my card stamped.
I love this place! I used to work here, so I know how busy it can get, but the food is always delicious and the delivery is friendly.
I love that Cottage Inn has a 10 mile delivery radius. They're the only ones that reach my house (Pizza Hut only delivers 2 miles).
