Up until recently, this used to be our favorite pizza place to eat in fact , it was the ONLY place we would order from. As loyal customers for several years, I’m displeased to say that I will never give my service to this restaurant ever again due to the poor customer service . Recently , I’ve had several complaints in regards to the quality of their pizzas either too much or too little sauce or no flavored crust as per requested. I spoke to their staff who stated that “ I called and complained too much about my pizzas”and they’ve made note of me having issues everytime I call I never had a problem before about my pizzas and up until recently, I never had to call and complain . Horrible customer service my pizza was made wrong and when I called to have it replaced , the lady insisted that she indeed put sauce on the pizza , insinuating that I was lying and that I would have to wait to talk to the owner. She agreed to just remake my pizza , and when my wife went in to pick it up, my wife pointed out that there was infact no sauce on the pizza the lady then took the pizza that we returned and said that she would not be giving us the remade pizza or a refund after my wife asked to speak directly to the owner. They pretty much stole $13 from us , especially after taking the pizza that we returned and not giving us a refund
This location has always been consistently awesome, almost always delivering before the time they predict. But I have to give a special shout out today. The power is out in the area so I’m sure they’re slammed, but they delivered on time. Also, whoever prepared my sandwich did it with care—neatly made and wrapped in the foil, ranch taped to the box so it wouldn’t spill, and even a pile of napkins included in the box. Taking the extra care is something you rarely see in fast food anymore, and we appreciate you! Everyone at this location deserves a raise!
Their pizza has gone down hill so has the customer service. Their delivery drivers race down side streets like is NASCAR pre qualifying and the store management will pretend like they don't know who the driver is and tell you to call the other store (saw the car pulling out of this location). I don't like being lied to. The speed limit is 25 on side roads not go as fast as you want to and signals are important, especially when you have the company logo on the car is pretty dumb.

I hadn't eaten at Cottage Inn Pizza in a long time, so I decided to visit the location I knew about off of Cass Lake and Elizabeth Lake Road today. The employees were friendly and welcoming, and the food was outstanding both in appearance and taste. This was the best pizza I have had in a while. The Epic Beard guy.
Cottage inn is hands down on of my favorite pizza places. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Yesterday one of the employees stopped everything they were doing when we came in. He seemed friendly and genuine when he asked how are day was going. I had the barbecue chicken pizza which was amazing.
COTTAGE INN PIZZA is always a great place for pizza! Unlike many other pizza places, the food is always great and hot! We tried the new JALAPEÑO CHEESE BREAD and it was AWESOME! Thank you COTTAGE INN PIZZA for giving us a great dinner every time!
This is my favorite place! It's the only Cottage Inn I feel confident eating at with my gluten intolerance. They are very careful when preparing my food and I have never had any issues. The pizza is always delicious!

Is the best place in the world I usually will stick to one meal for quite a while and lately it's been cottage inn calzone with triple pepperoni and light sauce and it's amazing and the people there are great too ???
The staff at this restaurant goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great meal and a great time. They make sure to greet you warmly and say goodbye as you leave.
