My experience: Cotto, order Terminal C La Guardia Sunday Aug 7, 2022 The ordering process isn't clear, so I asked one of the ladies, who seemed like the hostess, how it worked. She perfunctorily pointed out the iPads. Apparently, you need to scan. Ok. So I scan and ordered something for my kids. It's not clear what's supposed to occur next, so I wait. After about 5 minutes, I decide I might as well get condiments. There's a station with cutlery, ketchup, etc. I figure I might as well get started. I start filling a ketchup container and notice the other lady they both seemed to be Hispanic standing to my left. I said Sorry, do you need something? She clearly sees me filling the ketchup. She...
I’m baffled by how terrible and overpriced the food at this airport is. Even though the restaurants are well-known, they leave a poor impression on both locals and tourists. I ordered a vegetarian sushi to-go, and it was absolutely disgusting. The sushi was wrapped in a material that was confusing—was it synthetic or edible? There was no ginger or wasabi, just a bland sauce that resembled something from a Chipotle. Honestly, it was the worst sushi I’ve ever had. It feels like these popular NYC restaurants are putting on a disappointing show while robbing customers in broad daylight. If a professional did this in any other field, like medicine, they’d be facing lawsuits. What a shame!
I mean...the food is really overpriced and there is an extremely limited menu. On the other hand, the meatballs and caesar salad I ordered were good enough And...every table has working plus, there is strong wifi and a nice big window view of the runway, if thats your thing... On the other hand, the AC seems to be busted, but I think thats more of a Delta terminal thing than a Cotto thing So, I guess if you have a lot of time to kill and Cotto is right near your departure gate, check it out???
A horribly run establishment. Ran out of orange juice for mimosas and instead of telling the customers that paid 16 for mimosas that they ran out, they just deleted all the orders. Sat for 45 mins before asking for our mimosas and he said they ran out of OJ and then we saw him pouring a to go orange juice. Waited over an hour for out food and it was cold from sitting out with the other orders that have not been delivered to customers.

Honestly, been coming here for years before my flights and it's always been a hit. It's pricey, as with any airport restaurant, but the ambiance is cute, service is quick, and the food is actually pretty good. If you're delayed or need to get a meal before your flight, great spot.
Wow, I'm truly surprised at how bad the breakfast sandwich and potatoes tasted. From what I can tell, there was no seasoning at all. I only experienced textures in my mouth, not any flavors.
very good breakfast sandwich and kartoffel. personal service is missing as I would have a glass of water after I had finished my ridiculously overpriced orange juice, but no one in sight
Ordering site was down so it was impossible to order and staff was incredibly indifferent. They were also out of all their pasta. Everyone eating looked miserable. Go anywhere else.

I paid $5 for a bagel because I was really hungry, but I wouldn't do it again. It's hard to believe you can mess up a bagel! Also, the equipment didn't look very clean.
The bar is disgusting. Hasn't been cleaned In what looks like years. Lost my appetite because the bar is so gross.
