Country House Restaurant

Greeted quickly and placed our order. Both of us got the Top Drawer Burger at the recommendation of our server. Salads arrive and there is a musty rancid taste in the salad which we determined was coming from huge chunks of purple cabbage. The burgers arrive and there is nothing appealing in the look ok the platter. Set the dripping pickle, lettuce and pale pink tomatoes on to the uneaten salads and took a bite of the lifeless burger. The meat was great but the top of the bun was hard as as cardboard and the bottom was soaked from the juice/water from the previously removed toppings. Great burgers. Not a place to go if you have peanut allergies, as the bar has them on every table. Have been going here or other locations for decades and it has always been a high quality meal.
