Stopped in today to pick up a bagel sandwich and quickly lost my appetite. While standing in line, one of the women was cleaning the back area where all the cream cheese and toppings were. She was using a white towel to wipe down the inside of the hood and the area around the cream cheese. She grabbed a spatula that was sitting in the cream cheese area, resting on some of the containers, wrapped the spatula in the cleaning towel and proceeded to reach above the open area and clean the microwave out with the spatula-towel. This is my favorite place in downtown Wheaton! The bagels are AMAZING and there are lots of flavor options. I love the music and general vibes if you eat your bagel there, but it's also close to Adams park if you want to sit outside.If you come at a busy time, the line will be out the door, but it's very quiet early in the morning or in the afternoon. It's definitely a better deal to get 6 bagels than just 1 or 2. You probably need less cream cheese than you think you do. And the coffee is super cheap!
I’ve come a few times, and got super put off by how they prepare the eggs. Everything is in plastic containers and microwaved. I’d assume all containers are BPA free however now that I saw it was microwaved, I should’ve walked out. When plastic is heated it leaches into the food. I don’t care if it’s food safe, this is the problem we face for “convenience”. I hope they can find a better way because they go out of their way to make fresh bagels and then ruin it with microwaving plastics.
I tried this place on a whim one day and I loved it. I had their French toast bagel with apple cinnamon cream cheese with chunks of apple. The bagel was soft, warm and flavorful. I also had their mango smoothie which was also good. I paid about $10 for both which is a good price in this economy. I will definitely be back soon.

Our family is a long-time customer at the Winfield location. We love the bagels, the price, there service, and the great people. No I can easily pop over during lunch from work and get a sandwich.
Fantastic! This place is perfect for enjoying a delicious bagel. I’ll definitely be returning. The staff was friendly, and the bagels were fresh.
So disappointed stopped in and got a dozen bagels for customer visit , These are not bagels more like Rolls.
Great bagels and breakfast, wonderful owners and staff, and such a cute atmosphere. Love this place!

Popular spot in Wheaton, but just okay in my opinion. Lots of bagel options.
Probably the best Lox bagel I've ever eaten, will be back for sure.
