What an amazing dining experience! The service was friendly and welcoming. It was our first time at this restaurant, and we came to celebrate my birthday. We were not disappointed! We started with the whispers as an appetizer, which were cooked to perfection with a beautifully subtle sauce. Next, we tried the goat cheese and cranberry salad, and it was nothing short of fantastic—the combination of flavors was spot on! For our main course, we had the pecan halibut, and it was truly perfect! We even indulged in crème brûlée for dessert, which was wonderfully creamy with a beautifully caramelized top. Oh, and we can't forget the garlic bread—it was thick, crispy French bread slathered with lusc...
To our left, a couple was waiting for a table, and just as our food arrived, they were finally seated. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the relaxed atmosphere at the bar was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and were especially grateful for our server and bartender, Kelly. She was incredibly busy, but she made sure our glasses were always full, checked on us regularly, and was very friendly throughout. Both of our meals were cooked to perfection, and that in itself is a huge compliment! I would highly recommend this restaurant, just a heads up—they do accept reservations during local events. Once again, thank you to Kelly and the staff for a delightful evening!
A couple next to us had been waiting for a table for a while, and just as our food arrived, they were finally seated. The restaurant was bustling, but the relaxed atmosphere at the bar suited us perfectly. We enjoyed our meals immensely, and our server and bartender, Kelly, was wonderful. She was attentive, always ensuring our glasses were full and checking if we needed anything, and she was genuinely kind. Both of our meals were prepared exactly as we ordered, which is a significant compliment! This place is a unique and one of kind restaurant. Fabulous food, service and very kind!!! It started with wonderful bread, generous samplings of beer, to an incredible entree? I had the Scallops Risotto which was outstanding!!! The meal ended with amade in house amazing dessert?chocolate peanut butter cake?yum. Our waiter over heard it was our anniversary and the dessertwas on the house! Highly recommend and we will return for sure when we travel up this way again!!! Réservez une table maintenant
this place is a unique and a friendly restaurant. great food, service and very friendly! it began with wonderful brot, generous rehearsals of beer, to an incredible escape. I had the scallops risotto that was excellent! the meal ended with a made in the house amazing dessert. chocolate peanut buttercake. our waiter heard that it was our jubilee and that was dessert on the house! highly recommended and we will return safely when we travel back to this wise!
A friend told me I hadn’t lived if I had never had the garlic bread from The Courtyard. She wasn’t wrong! It was a lovely dinner destination. Fresh greens, great flavor on the steak, and of course, the garlic bread! Without the recommendation from my friend, I may not have stopped just simply driving by. So glad I was able to sample a fabulous local gem.
