On a positive note the young staff were friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, the meal was awful. We ordered a Cote de boeuf and Entrecôte steaks. We asked for them to be cooked Sanguine. When they arrived they were burnt on the outside due to an over aggressive charcoal grill and bleu on the inside. To make matters worse both steaks were so full of gristle so only 50% was edible. The bill with a beer and a small glass of rosé came to €55! Needless to say we were extremely disappointed and left wishing we had opted for the “all you can eat” Chinese buffet round the corner! Avoid.

We were staying at a nearby hotel and arrived too late to start looking elsewhere for a restaurant. This restaurant is a nice clean modern restaurant with good food and efficient service at good prices. It was a nice gesture to be presented with a fresh green salad as a ‘welcome’ dish. The food was well cooked, well presented and very tasty. When we had finished eating, we asked for more wine and were asked to vacate the restaurant and retire to the bar – which we did, no problem.

We have stopped here for over 20 years on our return from the soth of france and Italy. Always enjoy the service and especially the flame grilled stake. But this year, the waitress was spot on, but the well-done stake was cremated. Cheff also had a bit of attitude. Shame really as we really look forward to landing hear after 9 hrs on the motorway.

We ate here for evening meal. Good family food with children’s menu. Steaks were good and cooked as ordered. Duck excellent. Children happy with their choices. Wine selection good and varied and house wine was pleasant.

This restaurant is convenient if you are staying in the Ibis or Novotel Hotels. But don't expect too much. It's only average. It used to be better but nothing special now. Service is average too.
