Coyote Flaco Port Chester

I have been going to Port Chester for many years and recently had the opportunity to visit Coyote Flaco. This restaurant has been a staple in town for years and I can confidently say it is one of the best Mexican/Ecuadorian restaurants I have ever tried. The atmosphere is traditional, with outdoor seating at picnic tables that I really enjoyed. The highlights of my meal were the chimichangas, table salsa, and a pitcher of their Jalapeño Margaritas. The service was pretty quick and efficient. Although the menu was extensive, I stuck to the classic dishes which did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I placed an order online and experienced a delay in delivery. When I called the restaurant to inquire, I was informed that there was a problem with the online order and some confusion regarding the menu items selected. Despite not blaming the restaurant for the error, I was treated rudely when trying to clarify the order. The staff at this restaurant is usually friendly, but one individual's behavior has discouraged me from returning in the future. A lesson in customer service may be beneficial for the restaurant to retain customers in the future.

Well, I thought I had found my new place for very good Mexican food until I noticed when I looked at my credit card transaction, they calculated my double money. Not twice, but twice the correct amount. I've tried to settle it with the owner, Luis, but while he promises to solve the situation, I'm just getting hot air. While I prefer not, the next step is to argue with my credit card company.

If you like delicious homemade enchiladas, then this place is the place, and the margaritas are very delicious. The owner is very nice and pleasant reminds me of my Abuela

This restaurant serves home-style meals that are not overly seasoned and are cooked just right. The salsa is especially delicious. I highly recommend it.
