After a day at the races this is the perfect restaurant to either celebrate your winnings or commiserate over your losses. The restaurant caters for a variety of diets, vegetarian and gluten free in our party and both were well looked after with a thorough knowledge of the dishes coming out of the kitchen. The food was excellent as was the service. It’s a little off the beaten track but well worth making the journey.
Thank you C&L for another lovely meal. Always outstanding food and service. Visited as a couple for our anniversary this time. Delicious meal, everything is spot on. Fabulous presentation and taste. Worth noting the menu is very fish heavy if you aren’t a fan…we are! Stunning location too so you can go for a stroll afterwards. 10/10 every time, our go to local!
Lovely seafront restaurant especially on a sunny day though set off early as traffic can be heavy on the way down to Sidlesham. Food is great and you can reserve a table outside if you wish. If you have 3 courses and wine expect to pay £40 to £50 per head well worth it. If you are feeling very flush they have rooms also.
Recently stayed for 4 nights. Hosts are warm, welcoming and amusing! Room was very good, quiet, spotlessly clean, with fridge and tea/coffee so all you need. Restaurant was excellent too. Fabulous Sunday lunch with friends in the garden of the wonderful Crab Lobster. Visited here several times and never disappoints. Excellent food and service to match. You can stay here too, but we’re only an hours drive!
Absolutely amazing food, wine and service. My husband and I visited for our anniversary and were not disappointed. The ambiance was relaxing and complementing to the food. This hidden beauty is a worth finding.
Lovely fresh seafood, always local fish on the special menu. Good seating outside and lovely long walks nearby to walk off the wine. Worth booking ahead.
