After a day at the races this is the perfect restaurant to either celebrate your winnings or commiserate over your losses. The restaurant caters for a variety of diets, vegetarian and gluten free in our party and both were well looked after with a thorough knowledge of the dishes coming out of the kitchen. The food was excellent as was the service. It’s a little off the beaten track but well worth making the journey.
Recently stayed for 4 nights. Hosts are warm, welcoming and amusing! Room was very good, quiet, spotlessly clean, with fridge and tea/coffee so all you need. Restaurant was excellent too. The Crab and Lobster at Sidlesham, near Chichester, is always a pleasure to visit and enjoy their outstanding selection of freshly prepared meals. Stopped by for a warming coffee on chilly autumn walk. Fabulous coffee staff found small table inside in the warm which was wonderful. £7.80 for flat white capucino so not the cheapest, but definitely the nicest most enjoyable. Lovely fresh seafood, always local fish on the special menu. Good seating outside and lovely long walks nearby to walk off the wine. Worth booking ahead.
