We had to wait over 30 minutes for our order for three people. After receiving our water, we didn’t have any further interaction with the waitstaff. We usually enjoy dining at Cracker Barrel because we can typically get in and out in under an hour, which is great for our long drives. However, spending over an hour and a half made our journey home feel even longer. It would be nice if they could at least offer biscuits while we wait for our food, especially when they’re short-staffed. The food was excellent, but the service was not the quick and friendly experience we’re accustomed to.

I ordered the roast beef dinner, but unfortunately, the meat was tough and difficult to chew. There was only a little bit of gravy, despite my request for extra. Additionally, I didn’t receive any bread with my meal. I'm quite surprised by this, especially since I've had great experiences at Cracker Barrel 95% of the time. What happened this time?
I really enjoy dining at Cracker Barrel, whether it's with my family or friends, or both! The food and service are always great. I hope they bring back the Shrimp and Grits that they had on the menu a few summers ago. It was absolutely delicious!

We ordered the Heat and Serve Ham dinner for Christmas, and the food was exceptional. The only issue we faced was with the signage that indicated where to pick up our order.
