We ordered an appetizer, but it took 30 minutes for it to arrive, during which our server was nowhere to be found. We had to ask another server to locate him. When he finally returned, he was quite rude when we inquired about our appetizers and cookies. It seemed like other tables received timely service and food while we were left waiting.
When we did ask for the check, our server carelessly tossed it onto the table, nearly hitting my dad. Our main dishes took an hour to arrive. By then, we were still hungry, having waited so long without any food. My dad ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, which had just a single slice of cheese on it, while the sirloin steak looked like a burned brick. Ov...
It was a good breakfast. I liked it! I had a breakfast sandwich consisting of small slices of buttered/grilled sourdough bread, egg, turkey sausage, and tomatoes. I also had beignets and potato casserole as a side. We also had 2 orders of turkey sausage and potatoes. A kids menu pancake meal was also ordered with a side of tomatoes. Our wait person was a very fun young man named CJ. He was entertaining. I would have rated higher, but our food took a bit to get to us... 20 minutes apprimately. Also, my food was not hot when I got it. Then to top it off, at the bottom of my little bowl I crunched on eggshells. There were no other comments made about the food or service from others in my dining...
As usual, the restaurant, store and bathroom were clean. The food was good and the server was friendly and helpful. We were on the final five hours of a fifteen hour drive and ready to be home. We thought we were in for a good, quick meal before returning to the road. There was a supposed to be a twenty minute wait, which we understood, but ended up being there for over two hours. There didn't seem to be enough staff and some of the staff seemed a little stressed. We waited 40 minutes for seating, then had to wait another 5 minutes for our seats because the menus were not ready. We were shorted a silverware set, sugar substitutes, napkins and we are still waiting for our cornbread. . .
Lovely people Amy the customer service, Gabrielle waitress ,Isabella cashier I hope that is that girls name... are some of the loveliest people very helpful and polite fast and willing to help you relax for a moment and consider your need to unwind to destress to continue on your way by chatting about anything to let you feel safe. Anyway the food was hot and the service was amazing we did have to wait a moment for our food but it was about food safety and they weren't willing to send out cold food to us and that is what we all want is for the food to be right. So in that respect food doesn't mean fast it means right Temps and clean environment and that's what we received.

I used to love getting my favorite food at this restaurant before the Covid pandemic. Now, however, the portions are quite small, and I often find myself feeling unsatisfied. The food is still tasty, but I miss the variety and quantity that used to be available, especially the sale items I loved to buy. It’s disappointing not to be able to enjoy it as much as I used to.
I stopped by for brunch and was pleased to see a menu with low or no cholesterol options. I ordered a few things we found appealing, and everything was fantastic. The waitress was excellent—although I can’t recall her name, I remember it started with a "B." She was very helpful and attentive throughout our meal.

Well let's say that it's custom to feel this way at a cracker barrel restaurant, our family loved it, again. Pam our server was excellent, her service and charisma made everything great, food was also perfect. Definitely visiting again.

That was one of the better Cracker Barrel experiences I've had. The young man who served us, Sherwin, was excellent. The staff demonstrated impressive customer service skills, and the food was delicious.
Very good food and good service. It was a nice place to stop after a long trip from PA.
