A group of five girls came for supper here. We were not greeted with hello but the first words said with distaste was did you read the sign? this was done in front of a patio full of people also stating, I saw you...read it a couple times. The sign said wait on the sidewalk and wait for server. One of the girls had gone in and caught the waitresses eye before we sat down. The proper greeting should have been hello ladies, welcome If there were others in front of us then state this group was here before you. Granted we were in the wrong, but what kind of customer service is that? Customer service should never be done in the manner of making a customer feel uncomfortable,embarrassed or insulte...
we were not sure what we did to upset the man who worked the door while we showed our vaccination proof, but he seemed angry at our innocence. we were made to feel very unwilling. unnecessary to say we went after a few minutes sitting .waiting to be seen and not eaten here. the atmosphere felt cold, although very clean tables well looked out. we give this place another time we try in the city.
this restaurant was recommended to us on the gondola by a native, and it was not disappointed! love the atmosphere here. bier was fantastic. the ribs were to die, and the mac n cheese was excellent. the servings are so massive that we do not even have room to try the caesar, but with all the left we will enjoy it tomorrow! highly recommended!
I would highly recommend the Craft Beerhaus. I ate there nights in a row. First night had Buffalo chicken Mac cheese… which was to die for! Second night I had a brisket with potato salad and green salad. Absolutely the best smoked...brisket I have ever had. I also had several of the darker beers which were great!
this was a surprisingly great foundation and one of our best meals in revy. for a beer and decided to stay for dinner. all shave over their meal. I had the Miso wheels with ahi tasty! teen son had mac and cheese with. smoked bark, man had the tuna. very recommended! great value for money.
