I visited this restaurant on July 29, 2022, and the staff were incredibly welcoming! The food was tasty overall. The headless shrimp in lemon pepper sauce was a standout dish, and the clam chowder was spot on. The scallops were delightful, although the crawfish took some time to eat, but I had no complaints. The half-pound of blue crab wasn’t the best; it came as two whole crabs in a bag, which made it time-consuming to crack open, and there wasn’t much meat to be had. I used to travel all the way to NJ for Joe’s Crab Shack .. since I’ve found crafty crab I now compare every sea food broil places to them . And let me tell you they set the bar high. The food has never disappointed me. The crabs come saucy and juicy. My husband and I eat here almost every month. I think we’re regulars at this point. The service and staff are always so nice and accommodating. The food doesn’t take long to come out. The drinks are great. I’ve recommended this place to everyone I know .Get the noddles with your crab order . Mix it inside the bag .. it’s amazing !
I came to this location Bc on Friday while in Maryland we ate there and was very pleased. So once home we came to this crafty Crab in Franklin Square NY. Let me just say it'll be my last time here. The king crab were so small and was in pieces. They seemed rubbery and no flavor, even with the salty sauce. So do yourself a favor by pass this place. There are many place to go instead of here. What a waste of $70.00. During these hard times kinda disappointing to get ripped off. The picture make them seem bigger then they are. But trust me...they are small.
I had a terrible dine in experience. For a Sunday night with all of two tables being waited on, the entire staff for the night was sitting on their phones claiming to be on a dinner break with no manager on site. As a business owner, this experience was laughable to me. I should have walked out and left without paying the check, i doubt anyone would have noticed. I am NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS RESTARAUNT AGAIN, and referring all of MY clients to the cajun bucket on hempstead turpike just a few lights west.

This is a fantastic seafood restaurant! The space is spacious, and there are TVs near the bar for entertainment. It's also very clean. The staff was amazing when we visited last Saturday. The food was hearty and just the right amount of seasoning. The happy hour is fantastic, too. It's definitely a great place for a date!
This place was a 6/10 as a good experiences for a group of friends to come together and hang out with each other . The drinks was phenomenal but the food was not as great as the food we had received , the witness she was very nice. However I do recommend this place to hang out with your friends.
The food was good. The service was ok. The one thing I would have improved on was for the waiter to check in on us from time to time. We would have gotten more cocktails, drinks and maybe even more food. We waited a while to get the check. Other than that I'd probably go again.

I wanted something different so I decided to take my sons to the Crafty Crab and I am so glad that I did. The food was absolutely amazing and the music was spot on. The dining experience was great along with the service. I will definitely come back.
