I ordered snow crab online and it was ready for pickup in District Heights. I returned home, excited to cook, but when I opened the bag, everything I ordered was there except the snow crab clusters. You would think that the main ingredient would be included. I called the restaurant, and the manager told me that I should have checked the bag before leaving, as they claim the chef had packed everything safely. It's disappointing because now I'm left with a cooking setup and no snow crab legs. I feel like I shouldn't have to double-check if the staff packed the essential ingredients correctly. I contacted the manager again, and he offered me the option to either deny my request for a refund or...
I asked her if I could sit at the bar and if there was an outlet available for my laptop. To my surprise, she rudely and quickly said no and turned away. I would have appreciated it if she had at least offered to check for a power source instead of rushing back to her phone call. This experience was marred by her unprofessional attitude and the overall lack of customer service.
Due to the poor service and the strange smell that permeated the seafood restaurant, I will be reporting this establishment to the health department. It’s unacceptable for a seafood restaurant to smell the way it does, and having an unprofessional server only adds to the disappointment.
The shrimp boil was terrible. The shrimp were overcooked, can someone explain why they leave the head on? ? I could barely bite into the potatoes and received a very small piece of corn. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to a manager who told me I should’ve checked my food before I left, well my son picked up my food, and who does that? It just seems unsanitary to expose your food around other people during Covid. The manager didn’t replace my order and provided an email address to their headquarters but I never heard from anyone. Truly disgusted!
I've visited this restaurant four times, primarily because of its convenient location and the foot traffic it draws. My first experience was decent; I always order online and never dine in. The food was good and worth the price. However, during my second visit, they forgot to include the lobster in my order and were somewhat reluctant to solve the problem. On my third visit, they also left out the extra eggs, which wasn't a major issue. Today, I ordered a crab leg boil, added lobster, and a pound of shrimp, but it seemed a bit light.

I was pleasantly surprised with this spot. The crab boils were really good and everything was cooked perfectly. I got the boom sauce (all 3 mixed) and I got it fire which isn 't burn your mouth hot but its a nice flavorful spicy. My husband 's fried oyster and onion ring basket was really good as well. My son had a chicken strip basket and he really enjoyed it. The strips are huge and it came with 4. Our waitress (I think her name is Minnie) was attentive and kind. We definitely decided that we 'll be returning.
I patronized this restaurant for the first time today. I placed my order online, about 15 minutes later, I received a text notification for pick up. I ordered the lobster, shrimp, crab legs, and sausage...also included were two potatoes and corn. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly!! I'll definitely return again soon, and will recommend to others!
Great atmosphere, food was good. They need to work on their FIRE spice because it was nothing fire about it. Couldn't even feel the burn compared to their sister restaurant in Alexandria. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt since they just opened. Other than than that the atmosphere is outstanding and they even have upstairs seating.
The food was really good that this location. The reason for the rating is the service. This service was very slow. The servers were nice but not really attentive. After being seated, it took what felt like 15 minutes before a server came to take our drink orders.

My son took me out for lunch, and I absolutely loved it! The service at this location is always fantastic, and we had an amazing waiter. Great job!
