This restaurant has terrible customer service and is dirty. The security tried to kick us out at 10:50 PM, even though we had only received our food at 10:40 PM and they were supposed to close at 11. When we asked to speak to the manager, India, she refused to talk to us, saying it was past 11 PM and she was off the clock. We have tried to reach out to the owner, but have not heard back and will continue to leave negative reviews until we do. As we were leaving, the staff and security insulted and cursed at us.
I had a great experience at this restaurant thanks to Seven, an excellent server. I will definitely return. The meal was for dinner, with each person spending over $100. The food was delicious, receiving a 5 rating, as well as the service. The atmosphere was rated a 4. I highly recommend trying the Snow Crab and Hush Puppies dishes.
I love going out to eat, but the staff at this restaurant really detracted from my experience. They could use some improvement in their customer service skills. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional, which is disappointing for a franchise. I suggest they reassess their attitude when welcoming guests at the entrance.
I had a wonderful Saturday date with a friend. The only drawback was that our salad arrived at the same time as our main courses, so we had to take it home because I didn't want our food to get cold. I've never encountered any problems at this restaurant. The sauce is outstanding! For takeout dinner, I would say the price per person is around $50–100. Overall, I'd rate the food a 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere also a 4. I highly recommend the Snow Crab, Hush Puppies, and Corn.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor customer service. Expect to wait quite a while, and unfortunately, the manager doesn't do much to help the situation either. While the food is acceptable, it doesn't stand out as exceptional. I won't be coming back.
