If you love Bluey as much as we do you’d understand how the duck cake was a must. Since my strong suit is certainly not baking Craig's Cake Shop made the perfect rendition for us! Not to mention they accommodated a last minute cupcake order add. If your looking for custom cakes in the Madison area we definitely recommend them. Not to mention how tasty it was!
Have been loving and enjoying Craig 's cakes for my son 's birthday for the last 6 years. This year even with more than 2 weeks in advance they could not accommodate. I received a form sorry but we 're at capacity email the next day, but mistook it for the original order confirmation. I missed the email, but the customer service used to be much higher quality.

Craigs Cake Shop was amazing; they accommodated out gluten free request with the most delicious cake! People at the party were commenting on how good it was before I divulged that it was GF. I will definitely recommend this cake shop and their very attentive staff for years to come and I'm already looking forward to sampling more of their cakes! Réservez une table maintenant
I can’t say enough good things about this place. Not only did they accommodate a cake request under a time crunch, they completely nailed my decor idea!! The photo doesn’t do it justice! It was the perfect princess cake and the birthday girl LOVED it and it tasted as good as it looked too! Thank you Craig’s for making my cake dreams a reality!!!
cupcakes were ok. Cake was not what I asked for at all. Was hoping to be happy with what I got but very disappointed. Next time I will take the one hour drive to actually pick up something worth the money. Instead of driving 30 mins for something that really wasn't worth it.
We were so pleased with our wedding cake and service from Craig’s from the initial tasting, to follow up and delivery, to final tasting, I knew our cake was in good hands!! Craig’s was very organized and offered clear communication from start to finish.
Yum!!!! Multiple guests at our party commented about how delicious the cake was. We ordered lemon poppyseed with raspberry jam and raspberry cheesecake fillings!! Craig’s is where I will be buying cakes for all my events! B Réservez une table maintenant
Recently got cupcakes from the to go case- DRY,small and for 2.50 a pop they were a joke! Been here plenty of times before for cakes and always good. Two times in a row cupcakes were a DUD!! Won't be back to the To Go case

"Place is pretty good. You should definitely do something with the grease trap, that's behind the counter. When you walk in, all you can smell is a dirty locker room/ dirty dish water. Not food. It's kinda gross!!"
