had booked 2 nights, 1 in a deluxe room and 1 in a suite. the suite was huge! but incredibly dark, even in the middle of the day, could not see a **** thing! the very dark carpet asked me how clean the place...was because the bathroom was not very clean. the deluxe room was very small, the money was not worth at all, so if you want to stay here, just splash out for the suite, it is the only room worth it. the bathroom in the deluxe was very dirty and you could see the thick layers of the dust. first night had the 12 curs thai, it was very disappointing, expected for the pad thai that was quite good! second night the 7 curs English, much better and everything was very tasty and well cooked. t...
We have been coming to the crazy bear as a family for years and seen the standard of food vary. We always receive a warm welcome and the service is good. We visited in January 2022 as we haven’t celebrated being together for a long...time and thought we would come again we were really excited and looking forward to it. The service we received was excellent our waitress was lovely and attentive and the rest of the staff were really professional and welcoming. Crazy bear surpasses my expectations! I was a bit doubtful / advertised to go to dinner here, especially on a wowcher voucher for the 7 curs English option and after reading some of the negative reviews. Now, I don't need to have been worried, the device is beautiful quirky., the staff was very friendly and attentive and the food came in a good tempo and was perfect, the only nigger for me was the frozen berries when they were too cold on my teeth, but it says frozen berries on the menu so that it is not as I don't know what to expect. overall had a great evening and I am happy to come back.
we booked a suite and were very happy with our stay! but we wanted to say a very special thank you to ollie the barmann, he really made our stay very special and went beyond both in the evening and beyond. then again on the morning to the breakfast, nothing was too much for him and he served us with a smile and a great sense for humor, he made me the best cocktail I had in my life. and there were a few hahahaha! and even a glitchy heating / gas canister to keep us warm after dinner, again he really made our stay in crazy bear for my partner. thank you!

This place looks fantastic, really quirky décor, we loved it. Service was good, always someone around and our food came out in good time. The food was incredible. Cooked to perfection and varied. If you do the 7 course meal, you don't need to buy...any additional sides, it was a good amount of food. Only negative is that there is no directions/signage so we were wondering around for a while trying to work out where to go. Would highly recommend the 7 course dining experience (available on Groupon)

The staff were friendly and helpful from check in, we stayed in suite 17 wow beautiful room then a lovely tai meal, we will definitely be back
