Victoria, the Assistant Manager, was exceptional: she assisted us in organizing a very special event down to the smallest detail. She exceeded our requests and expectations, and the result was absolutely fantastic. The Maitre d', Hubert, offered world-class service, and every staff member matched his high standards. The food was equally impressive: beautifully presented and delicious. I cannot recommend Cringletie highly enough. Rooms: 5
Wonderful property, service wonderful, very beautiful rooms. We were here to celebrate my partner's birthday, what I mentioned at the reservation, I expect at such a good hotel that this is taken into account in any way, unfortunately this was in no way the case. Not even was congratulations. Too bad this reduces the service from my point of view.
Back to Cringletie for our 5th Anniversary in May. Still a gorgeous setting. Fantastic staff and service. Thoroughly enjoyed our tasting menu at dinner.
