Last year, we moved to Bellmore and had only explored the area a little. One day, we stumbled upon this whiskey bar and decided to give it a try. It was fantastic! Kyle was our server, and he recommended a great selection of whisky and bourbons that perfectly matched our tastes, all while we enjoyed their Sunday Prime Rib Special. We ordered the king-sized prime rib, seasoned with rosemary, and it came with Brussels sprouts and hand-cut Parmesan fries. For dessert, we indulged in their banana dessert, which complemented our whisky beautifully. Everything was simply amazing. Kyle made us feel welcome and gave us more than enough reasons to return. As a passionate food lover, I was thoroughly impressed by this restaurant. Every dish, from the appetizers to the main courses, was exceptional. We ordered the cowboy steak, which was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The onion rings that came with it were fantastic! I had the salmon sprinkled over lemon-spiced couscous, and it was nothing short of gourmet. The grilled octopus was truly a delight! Your classic cocktail was spot on! We definitely intend to make this place one of our go-to favorites!
From the moment I walked in, I had a wonderful experience. I was warmly greeted with smiles and kindness from the staff. Every employee was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was just right. Luke is the best bartender and bar manager I've ever encountered. Everything contributed to a truly great experience. It was my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last! I can't wait for the next time!
Very nice decor, much better than expected for gastropub . Did not eat, but the menu checked and will return to try this upscale pub / restaurant. 4 stars on appearance and menu offers without food. Has a good happy hour..1/2 price, choose your drink. Huge selection of Scotch whisky offers. John the bartender is most pleasant and an asset. Very close to the station, just a block from Sunrise Hwy.
