My mother placed an order at 11:30am on May 14th, but had a terrible experience with the male staff member who answered the phone. He was extremely rude, hung up on her, and never confirmed her order. Despite calling back twice, no one answered the phone. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff member in question clearly needs immediate training.
Garbage establishment and worse employees. Placed an order last night, went to pick it up 10 mins later. I arrive the door is locked, I’m standing outside in the rain while the two workers in there circle j About 5 mins later one comes to the door tells me they’re closed and he can’t do anything about my order. Still waiting for my refund and they don’t answer their phones.
The person answering the phones at 11:30am on 05/14 (male) needs immediate training! My mother placed an order and waited two hours, only to call the restaurant and be hung up on without receiving the food. The person on the phone claimed he never confirmed the order. After being hung up on, she called back twice with no answer. This is rude and unprofessional behavior.
I attempted to place a large lunch order for 8 employees two days in a row. Each time I called, the phone rang about 12 times before someone picked up and promptly hung up on me. This is not a good way to operate a business. Thank you for giving me a menu, but I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Réservez une table maintenant
Chipotle cheesteak was decent. Good amount of meat and cheese with some heat from the Chipotle sauce. Didn't come with fries, tomatoes or anything else. BBQ wings were hot and crunchy. Bleu cheese wasn't that good. Uber eats
The food is delicious and fresh. However, they are completely unprofessional! They will cancel your order because they don't want to cook and they never answer the phone. Sad because it could be great.
Ordered from them and my food was cold and in the top of that I got big piece of hair in my food. They did absolutely nothing to resolve this problem. Stay away from them.
