I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. The employees seemed like my presence was an inconvenience, and when I asked for a recommendation, they were utterly unhelpful. I was the sole customer when I placed my order, yet they still managed to get it wrong. When I pointed out the mistake, I received a roll of the eyes and was questioned about my order. When they finally brought out the correct order, it looked very unappetizing. When I inquired about the lack of toppings, their response was simply, "It is what it is." To top it off, when I got to my car, I discovered that the cookies were not at the right temperatures. The "chilled" cookies were actually at room temperature...
I ordered through the app and I am going to delete their app and never go there again and never use them again! I paid thirty two dollars for 6 cookies to be delivered, which two of them came and didn't even have frosting on them! I called the cottonwood store to talk to them about it and asked to speak to a manager. They wouldn't let me speak to a manager and the kid gets back on the phone and says there's nothing we can do about it! So incredibly rude and totally unprofessional! They didn't care at all and was stuck with paying the whole amount, not even getting a discount or any sort of i'm sorry, never again will I go to crumble!!!! Quality at this location has gone way down. Lately everytime I order cookies they arrive and are only half frosted or not frosted at all. Or I receive the wrong cookies. Or they're on top of each other and messy. Very disappointed. I'm not sure what changed but I used to love this place.
