Very dissapointed with my visit when in there with my two little ones for cookies, cookies are ok they arent like the best ones but whater ever makes the kiddos hapoy right. But they only had 2 cookie options, no problem we went in there an hour before closing but saw a handful of the other 2 options they where offering, i didnt saw them actually, my kids did, and told me and they got super excited but they girl at the front desk refused to sell them to us with no further explication they werent for a pick up order she was just holding them for herself and thats ok but at least take them out of everyones view. So guess what kids didnt left very happy. Lets see if next time we get there earli...
Always come here when we're craving chocolate chip cookies. I know they change their menu every week, but their chocolate chip cookie remains superior above all. One thing I love about crumbl is their alternating menu. You never get bored, because there's a new cookie in town weekly. They get pretty creative with their flavors too. The sweetness level isn't a too sweet. Service is fast every time I come to this location. I wouldn't recommend curbside service. The parking isn't the best here either. Super cramped. Ambiance, not too much to say, since it's such a tiny shop. But, it is always clean when I come here.
Cookies were good, HOWEVER, service was not.I ordered 50 cookies ahead of time for my sons birthday. Set a time to pick up. Paid extra to have each cookie individually wrapped AND tipped ahead of time. Arrived on time to pick up cookies, and NONE of the cookies were boxed. Had to wait for them to quickly box up all cookies and none of them were wrapped individually like I had paid for, and arrived at the party late. Because of the rush job, a lot of the cookies were also broken. So disappointed and will never order from this location again.
