"Popped into Crumbz today with my Mum who due to her always being somewhere drinking Latte is a local connoisseur of what is available in the area . She hadn't actually been here before. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and the food our portions of Spaghetti Bolognese were HUGE and Scrummy . Spotted Dick and Custard for me and a Cheese Scone for Mum afterwards finished us off nicely. Mum is now arranging for her friends to come down for a coffee morning. If you're nearby and hungry check out this cafe it's really lovely"

Seems to be run by 2 teenage girls. Bought a sausage sandwich and for some reason the girl making it pressed all of her weight onto the sandwich when she cut it, to the point she stood on her toes to get more leverage. Needless to say the bread ended up thinner than a piece of paper. I guess the added addition of the incinerated sausages made up for it. I didn't return to the Establishment to seek a refund for fear of retaliation. Reading the below reviews, I think its abundantly clear that the owner has issues with criticism. Unfortunately I can't rate this any lower than 1 star. I'll stick to a Tesco meal deal from now on.

I went to the crumbz cafe in romford near primark and all I can say it was awful. Half hour wait while cafe was quite empty. And safe to say the cook can not cook an omelette at all. Was cold and food was missing. While waiting for food other people where ordering and all I could here from the servers was we dont have that or we dont have this what 's the point on opening if you dont have food. If you can 't cook an omelette then please don 't cook at all. Totally disappointing and won 't bother going back. Waste of time and money. Loads of other better cafes to go to.

Went in here after reading quite pleasant reviews. I sat down and immediately noticed the cheap furniture crumbling under my cheeks, note I'm not too large! A young lady came over and I ordered an egg on two toast, a family favourite. When it arrived I was appalled to find to soggy and mouldy pieces of bread and atop lay a single tiny egg. When I requested a refund or a new meal she made a rude comment about my skin colour and threw the plate across my lap. I urge you to reconsider your options when picking somewhere to eat and hope the owners get shut down.

I recently had a disgraceful experience with this cafe!! Ordered a sausage sandwich and received what can only be described as a steamrolled piece of flatbread. Shockingly, there were clear FINGER PRINT indentations from where this has been squashed within an inch of its life! The staff who clearly had nothing to do served me with clear contempt- DISGUSTING!! I am now questioning the working practices in this institution of horror!!! It is clear to say that I will NOT be returning to this cafe as long as I am still on this earth!
