Ate here with my wife for lunch during the week. Actually, not lunch, as we'd arrived before 11:30 so had to order off the breakfast menu. That was ok though, and we both had no trouble deciding on something. The coffee was seriously good, and the FOH staff really attentive and gave great service. The atmosphere and decor are a little dated, and Cultura is not the sort of contemporary venue that will appeal to younger diners, although I'm sure it caters to its target market very well. It puts me in mind of the sort of cafés I was taken to as a kid in the 70s and 80s. This approach was reflected in the food as well, which while pleasant enough, was not tremendously exciting. Était très occupé le samedi soir, alors je recommanderais de réserver une table. Nous avons eu de la chance. La nourriture était très bonne. J'ai eu la pizza au saumon, le style italien avec une base légère et juste une touche de fromage, pas boueux et noya le saumon. Le partenaire de restauration avait les pâtes de fruits de mer avec une sauce à vin blanc qu'il aimait. Le service était très attentif, en particulier compte tenu de la situation. Juste une plainte était que c'était assez froid dans la nuit de congélation. Reviendrait.

Cultura is by far the best Italian restaurant I have been to. Stumbled upon this place when visiting Hobart and the food was incredible! So much so that we went back a second time. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They made the effort to make us feel right at home and even remembered our drink and meal choices from our last visit. I couldn't recommended this place enough! Keep up the great work guys!
We ate here two weeks ago on a quiet and cold Saturday night. The staff are always so welcoming, polite and helpful here. My main course choice was from the specials board and a good choice. The waiter recommended I follow their food and wine matching and it was spot on. An excellent Maclean Bay Pinot rose with pork belly.
Hier soir pour le dîner basé sur les critiques et les évaluations d'Urbanspoon. Ils n'étaient pas faux! Nous avons une fabuleuse serveuse avec la personnalité et la nourriture était parfaite. Avait raffiné la mère chaleureuse. Très satisfait de notre repas!
Excellent petit café - pour le petit-déjeuner et pour le déjeuner. Personnel amical qui aime discuter et fait du café décent. Que pouvez-vous demander plus? Le café utilise des ingrédients de haute qualité afin d'avoir trouvé un plat que je n'ai pas.

Nous avions ici sur le chemin des films le soir. La pizza était délicieuse, le service était super, tous les employés étaient vraiment sympathiques et attentifs. Reviendrait!
Très beau café / bar au centre de Liverpool St. avait passé un petit-déjeuner ici à quelques reprises ici et était assez satisfait de cela. Bon service et à prix raisonnable.
