If you are looking for delicious food and great customer service look no more. This is the place. Our first day in Hobart and we went to Solo Pasta and Pizza for dinner. The restaurant was packed but we were so grateful that even without the reservation we were able to get the table. The best custumer service ever. Nothing was too much for them. They moved few tables and chairs so we can have a table too. The food was amazing, cooked to the perfection. Compliments to the chef. Because it was so busy we even got a complimentary garlic pizza while we were waiting for our meals to come out. Do yourself a favour and make a reservation for this place. You won't be disappointed. We will be back.
For years my dad raved about Solo Pizza. The best pizza, he would say, the best. He claimed they would go out their way to make sure he was looked after, squeezing him in when they were busy or recommending something new. When my mum, dad and I walked in tonight we were welcomed so warmly. Handshakes were exchanged as dad was finally able to introduce his family to the friendly staff he knew so well. Oh, and the food! Massive shout out to this amazing restaurant! The service was great and the food was absolutely incredible! We are visiting from North QLD and walked past to check the place out before making a take away order. Immaculate presentation and an inviting atmosphere. I dated an Italian chef a few years ago and there was more love in that il Pugile gnocchi than in any of his meals (and probably our whole relationship . Great work guys, we were blown away
Most amazing Italian restaurant in Tassie. The food was to die for, the staff were exceptional especially Simon and Maddy, their customer service was without a doubt the best we have received in a long time and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for an amazing dining experience.

Recommended we try Solo, didn't book as it was a last minute decision. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The service alone was amazing and that's before the great food came out. Highly recommend this place. Very family friendly too. Games for the kids was a nice touch.
Went in with the family tonight and could not fault a thing. From the pizza to the parmesan pannacotta and antipasto, to the wine selection were all on point. Best garlic pizza in hobart hands down. Very accommodating for our young son to who loves a good pizze!!
This our favourite family restaurant for dinner! Our son loves coming here for his cheese pizza and special drink made by Simon Food always amazing as are ALL the staff, especially Simon who always has time to say hello and high 5’s for Dempsey Highly recommend
Amazing food, amazing service i would certainly recommend this place to anyone. Its is a family restaurant where kids are more than welcome to comr in. Simon and his staff make you feel like your part if their family.

After a long day of sight seeing and with no booking the staff went above and beyond to get us a table. Exceptional service and the most amazing food. Would definitely recommend to go. Can't fault it.
Best gluten free pizzas in Hobart only place I have never been accidentally gluten'd and the bases are awesome. Extra kudos for tonight, Solo best one yet
