I had a fantastic lunch experience! The food was exceptional, earning a perfect rating of 5. The service was equally impressive, also a perfect 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and enjoyable, making it a delightful place to dine. Overall, I highly recommend this spot!
I ordered a burger and it was put together so sloppy that you couldn’t form it back into a burger. The cheese was halfway off the patty the patty was halfway off the bun. The lettuce was thrown on top and it was covered with ketchup and mustard to the point where I needed a napkin to wipe it down. It wasn’t that busy that you could be so reckless putting it together. I didn’t eat at Culver’s for a long time and had it a few times recently. I don’t know if it’s me or not but the food isn’t as good as I remember. Quality is okay. Ordered a Culver’s bacon deluxe with no pickles or tomatoes. I get home and sit down to realize my burger is missing the patty but surely remembered to put tomatoes. Terrible service as one is expected to drive back to get an order corrected. Service: Takeaway
