I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location and when I called to cancel it, the shift manager, Pablo, told me that there was nothing he could do and that my money was lost. I even got the manager from the location I intended to order from to call Pablo and explain how to process a refund. While on speakerphone, Pablo dismissed the call, saying he was too busy to help. Not only was I denied a refund, but he also refused assistance from another manager trying to help. I just want my money back! New Year's Eve and walked in the Cashier guy had an attitude it felt like, then they were all in the front and the stare when we walked in was unsettling to say the least.Placed my order then got home and noticed they left out two 4 piece tenders that I ordered yet they gave me two BBQ sauce containers???? I was so upset I gave my dinner to my kiddos and not ate because they messed up the order. Not the Culvers quality I am used too.
We've been visiting this restaurant for years. Initially, it was just three of us, but now we've expanded to three kids and three adults. The atmosphere remains soothing, making it an excellent choice for family outings. And I can’t forget how satisfying a butter burger is, especially when paired with a concrete mixer to round off the meal!
They bring the food to your table after you order it. They are very respectful and asked you if there is anything else they can do for you. I was very well pleased.

I like how we were assisted by Danny. So friendly, brought us a knife, and condiments, and if we ask, he would've brought us a refilled?
The customer service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the place was exceptionally clean.
Solid Culvers. Never had a bad experience and i eat it probably once every week two weeks.
Don’t count on them getting your order right? Also don’t count on them fixing it.
