I recently visited the Culver's in Verona, WI, and I usually enjoy their food. However, my experience this time was disappointing. The person who took my order had processed it multiple times before, but I noticed an error and corrected it on the screen. Afterward, I traveled to another city to visit my 96-year-old aunt, but unfortunately, the food was awful. It was too far to return, so I decided to call and speak with the manager about the situation. When I explained what had happened, she asked if we had eaten the food, which was frustrating because I had already mentioned it was too far to return. Rather disappointing! Very slow and disorganized! 10+ cars waiting for food at driveup! They wouldn't give us our custard at the window, so we could eat while we waited 10-15 mins for our food (which they first gave to someone in the wrong car), but when we ate the custard, it was obvious it had been dished up and then put in the freezer, so instead of being creamy, it was more like day old frozen ice milk! Won't be going there again!!!
How can you go wrong with Culvers? The front counter was clean and tidy. The waiting staff was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. The fountain drink, condement and napkin and straw island was impeccable and good with everything, even at the height of the noon rush. The dining room floors and tables were also clean and free of garbage and grease or anything you can say, itching .

I’m really frustrated with the poor service we experienced. My daughter and I waited over 15 minutes for a concrete mixer and a shovel in a bowl, but when it finally arrived, it was a melted mess. The server simply apologized and moved on, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've had issues here.

Always love the bacon double deluxe, this time I got the crispy chicken. Doesn't come with a dressing but that's okay, I get no pickles and put sweet relish when I get home. Yum.
We had an amazing fish fry tonight! We enjoyed it at a picnic table in the model airplane park located on the old Dane County landfill. It was a perfect spot for our date night!
