Culver's - Réserver une table

I stopped in for a plain fish sandwich. Had to use the restroom first and was in a hurry. After waiting 11 minutes after ordering and paying I asked about the sandwich and reminded them I was in a hurry. After another two to three minutes they informed me that they had forgotten to drop the sandwich, which I took that they had forgotten to put it on to cook. I asked for any type sandwich, butterburger or whatever but they never offered to do that, so finally after seeing I was getting NOWHERE I left, and this was completely without an apology or an I 'm Sorry I did not get my money back either. Please do not go there because they know NOTHING about customer service.

Culvers are typically pretty clean and very friendly and this location was no exception. Our food was prepared very quickly, even though it was a rather large order. Their customer service is quite good. The bathrooms were clean. We chose take-out and everything was correct on our order and very hot. We would definitely go back!

Visited with friends who raved about the great hamburgers here. My burger was pitifully thin and flavorless. The meat patty had to be less than two ounces and paper thin. All I could taste was lettuce. At least the free ice cream was ok.

Culver's is a great place to eat. Service is great and employees are nice and polite and the food is great. Nice selection of hamburgers, fries and plate lunches and great ice cream.

The food surprised me with it's quality and taste. The customer service was also fantastic especially considering how hard that can be to find.
