Culver's - Réservation de table

I love culvers and their food, but today I went through the drive thru and had terrible customer service. My friend was driving and I was watching my video and we parked. When the worker came up to our car to give our food. He said out loud are you seriously watching that and had a rude tone. I think it’s unacceptable to say that out loud to a customer. His name was Lincoln and worked at the store in eau Claire and worked at the store on golf rd. I’m very dissatisfied in this worker and it was rude to say something like that out loud.

The quality control is disgusting. I keep getting burnt chunks of stuff all over my grilled cheese, and random peices of lettuce in the wrapping. This hasn't been a one-time thing, either- it's constantly, nearly every visit. Absolutely rediculous.

Super helpful employees and overall happy experience. The food is what I would call seriously good fast food. They make their stuff real and fresh which differentiates them from other places you try.

The service was extremely slow, and I encountered one employee who was quite rude. I'm not sure why she behaved that way; it felt as though it might have been due to some underlying bias. Réservez une table maintenant

waited 20 minutes for a small strawberry shake, no one else was in line and it took forever and when we asked when the employee brought it to us what took so long he snapped at us.

This is our go to quick lunch spot. So much better than the other fast food places and I haven't been to one where people are anything other than pleasant and smiling.

Culvers is ALWAYS a great choice to dine. Always 2 steps up from any other fast food! Can tell they use quality ingredients.
