I love Culver's, but this was my worst Culver's experience. They messed up my order, and when I went up to the counter to bring it to their attention, all the employees ignored me. Took literally 5 minutes for the old little old elderly old lady in front of me to make her order, and then the counter woman grilled me (no pun intended) and made me take apart my hamburger to prove they had screwed up. Then a couple minutes later when they made a new burger to correct their mistake... they brought me the same incorrect item. I wasn't going to waste more time complaining.This is nowhere near what my experience has been with service at other Culver's locations, so it really stands out.
Really terrible service here tonight. Ordered one burger with everything except raw onion. Got a burnt burger with raw onion. I'm fine with the usual wait at culvers but the person at the window stood there with their back turned to me without saying a word for a good 5 minutes. Didn't even take my payment during the wait time. Another worker casually chatting while the another visibly fluffing their hair. All while the line built up behind us in the drive thru. Only one car was pulled ahead. Funny I was debating on Five Guys or Culvers tonight and clearly made the wrong choice.
Had a fish sandwich it was a half of a sandwich because I went through the drive up window. I was on my way to my destination and when I got there,I saw that they forgot the top bun on my sandwich .I guess you have to check everything before you leave .you shouldn’t have to ,it’s there job to please the customers and do things right I was disappointed because I was looking forward for a nice fish sandwich at colvers.
Jonny Carol and all the rest of the team were awesome. It is always a pleasure to be a part of your daily lives. Great service, and it's great to know there are still people who care. God bless you. Thank you so much.Parking: Very comfortable parking lot. No problem to find a spot.

I eat there once a month. I like their burgers, fries, and especially their ice cream. Employees always are friendly. Price is very reasonable. I will continue to stop in for a butterburger and some fries.
Our service horrible. 45 minutes to get food . The staff was very rude, cussing. Not a friendly place. Ask for our mixers and lady rolled her eyes at me.
Tables were dirty, trash bins were full,ran out of ice tea. One ketchup dispenser empty and dirty.
Best location in town!! Service is top notch and the food is delish and the custard amazing! ???
