First time visiting this legendary Waco burger landmark. We were not disappointed.First, the owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. We got to hear a little about the history of Cupp’s straight from the owner, which was interesting. It’s very encouraging to hear about a successful family owned business that’s been around for decades.After looking over the menu, we decided to go with what they were famous for. I had the double double basket and the wife had the bacon cheeseburger. We split the fries. All I can say is “wow”! The burgers were perfect. This hole in the wall joint made the best burgers! We ordered a cheeseburger basket that came with a burger, small fry, and can soda. I was a little apprehensive because of the looks of the place, but was splendidly surprised when I got my food. Burger was moist, fresh vegetables inside, fries homemade. Everything is cooked in the open where you can see it. I'm so glad we came by. I definitely would come again. Oh, and the service was friendly. That's always a plus. Because of these things, I can overlook the way the place looked.
I've been going to Cupp's for a long time and they have some of the best burgers I've ever had. Heck, everything I've tried from their menu is always delicious. The staff is always super friendly and quick. They're always really good about checking on you and making sure your drink is never empty. The place is pretty small so it can get crowded when it's busy, but I personally like that old-school diner feel.I also highly recommend trying their Habañero hotsauce if it's available. Perfect level of spice and flavor!
Tommy and I had the best burger ever! It was so good! And everyone that worked there was so nice and friendly! We now know were to go to have a great and delicious hamburger! Thanks Justice from the Touring Company of Waco for your recommendation!

Had a cheeseburger basket with hand cut fries onion rings. So delicious tasted just like my Granddaddy Cupp's from 50 years ago. it was worth the drive from FL to eat there.
We are new to Waco and we loved it!! Burger was delicious and so were the homemade onion rings and fries! Friendly staff too!! Great job guys! We will be back soon!:
It's definitely not the normal burger joint. If you want a taste of old times go by and get some good food. Just go early and don't be in any hurryFood: 4/5
