Custom House Hotel

I have read many of the varying comments and was quite surprised at some of them. We called in for a light lunch on Anzac day and arrived as it poured down outside.The young lass showed us to a table in the bar area next to the window where we could look out across the park to the sea.With a glass of wine on the table we ordered calamari and garlic bread to share. The calamari was better than expected, the bread good and a warm comfortable ambience in the hotel. On a fine day you could also sit outside.The service was nice as well.All in all we would return here again.Just to finish I appreciate the management replying to the various comments but would recommend not repeating the same line over and over.

Went out with friends and family for dinner, food is ok but l think a bit pricey for what you get which is a shame as l can walk from home in under 5 minutes but don't go there any longer.Other locations do similar food at better prices.

I have eaten here with friends and have enjoyed the food it was busy and the staff were wonderful the place was a buzz and the music is great and drinks are good a very good menu to choose from.

A very pleasing menu to choose from with something for everyone. Very well situated across from Commonwealth Reserve and right amongst the foreshore shopping strip.

5 stars for service from the staff but unfortunately was very disappointed with steak. Over cooked on the outside and cold in the middle.
