We were truly impressed by the quality of the food, as well as the professionalism and warmth of our host and the waitstaff, including the chef. Marcus, the talented baker, is undoubtedly a world-class professional, and his wife, Ashley, our hostess, knows how to make customers feel welcome and appreciated. The service was both fast and friendly, and the food was nothing short of spectacular—especially the baked goods, which were absolutely divine. Ashley and Marcus took the time to stop and chat with us, adding a lovely personal touch to our experience. If it were possible, I would give them 10 stars instead of just 5! The Cutting Board is my favourite place in Kamloops. Not only is the food ALL gluten free and amazing, it is absolutely served with love by the owners. Brunch, lunch, snacks, sweets, whatever gluten free yums you're after, they've got it. The food is so good that our family members from out of town (who aren't gluten free) request a stop here every time they come to visit. It's that good. A good place to have brunch in a hurry, I was expecting a real espresso machine but it was Nespresso and I didn’t like it. The food is ok. Found this place when travelling 2 years ago. Come back every time I’m here. I’ve been to gluten free bakery’s all over Canada and the US and this one is by far the best I’ve ever been to. The service has always been amazing as well. Can’t recommend this place enough. My husband brought home gluten-free cinnamon buns as a birthday treat, and they were enormous—we really should have just shared one! He had a conversation with the owner, and they connected over their experiences with celiac disease. I'm thrilled to have found a completely safe spot to enjoy a meal along with some delicious baked goods!
AMAZING! This 100% gluten-free bakery also offers fantastic breakfast and lunch options. Think eggs Benedict, authentic Liège waffles, fried chicken sandwiches, and so much more. It’s genuinely some of the best gluten-free food I’ve ever tasted. This restaurant is a MUST-visit for anyone with celiac disease passing through Kamloops!
